This release has some significant changes to the backend scripts. The implementation of new scripts and the template app requires some effort. Please see the videos prior to installing the update or contact support for help!
This help is divided into the following chapters:
In the introduction you will get insights into the basic concepts of Process Mining and the Conformance Checking. Also, you will learn more about the synergy of Qlik Sense® and Process Mining and what is delivered with mpmX.
Use the quick start guide to see at a glance which steps are necessary to start analyzing in the mpmX Template App.
The Data Engineer guide is for those who set up the whole mpmX analytics environment.
For example:
•Install mpmX analytics
•Extract and transform the data of different source systems
•Deploy the mpmX Template App
•Configure apps and their data connections
The Business Analyst guide is for those who create KPIs and new dashboards and who customize dashboards. You will also learn about how to use the mpmX Import Wizard to easily create a new app.
The Business User guide is for those who gain insights in the data. so this guide shows how to navigate sheets and dashboards, where to find which information, and how to filter in mpmX analytics.
Use the release notes to see which changes were made in the latest and previous releases since February 2020.
Do you have any questions about errors you encounter? Or about the mpmX Template App, the mpmX extensions or the KPI creation? Then have a look at the FAQ chapter and see, if there's already an answer that may help you.
The documentation is intended exclusively for mpmX customers and helps to understand among others the following points:

As mpmX analytics is deployed on the Qlik Sense® platform, this documentation doesn’t explain all functionalities Qlik Sense® offers. Only the functionalities provided by mpmX analytics and how to unlock mpmX's process mining potential are explained in detail. Documentations about connectors to source systems, ETL tools, data management, administration of time-controlled tasks for automated data reload, license or user-rights management, data export functions, dashboard design or key figure definitions can be found on the Qlik Sense® help.
For better understanding, some explanations and instructions in the documentation are supported by illustrations in the form of screen shots or program codes. The contents of these illustrations are only intended as examples and may differ from your screen depending on your current selection.
